Dians is a long-established luxury lingerie store in Vancouver.
The concept “You deserve it” was set up between 2007 and 2009.
It was also the time of the 25th anniversary celebration in the year. Therefore, we created and held some special events for the shop promotion.
We created the idea of VIP invitations with promotional gift cards for regular customers.
The results were a significant increase in sales, partly due to purchases that utilized the UX research method.
